Image Usage Terms

Terms and Conditions for use of images supplied by Avery Row are included within the Wholesale Terms & Conditions document which is supplied to each of our stockists. The relevant clause from the Agreement is as follows:

2.7: When marketing the goods for wholesale, the Retailer may use images from the Supplier's image bank. Such images can be used for organic marketing (social media, newsletters and website) when promoting the Supplier's brand and product. The Retailer is not permitted to use such images for paid advertising or for generic/non-specific marketing. When using an image, the Retailer must be promoting the Supplier's product, such images cannot be used for generic promotion. The Retailer is permitted to use its own images of the Supplier's products for it's own generic, non-specific marketing use.
